Service jobs straight inside Raynet.
The technician fills in the job on a phone, the customer signs on the screen and the deal in Raynet completes itself — no paper, no retyping.

Why Alunova
Where a service company loses time and information
Paper job sheets
The technician fills in a form, the office retypes it into Raynet and into accounting. Photos stay on the technician's phone; six months later nobody can find the signature.
Scheduling in Excel or in the dispatcher's head
Who is where, who is on holiday, how far is the drive, which stage follows which. Every rescheduling means three phone calls.
Service cut off from sales
The salesperson in Raynet cannot see which stage the job is in. The report sits in an e-mail, not on the deal. Extra work shows up only on the invoice.
One loop
From scheduling to a completed deal
Who it is for
Everyone sees what they need for their work
Technician
The job in your pocket
A list of open, in-progress and closed jobs. A step-by-step wizard from equipment identification to signature. New customers and jobs created right in the field — the company is looked up in Raynet or in the ARES business register by company ID. Timers for work, travel and breaks.

Scheduling without conflicts
A planner with a map and team travel time, a drag-and-drop calendar, checks for conflicts, absences and working hours. Parallel scheduling of two stages (say installation and electrical) at once. The next stage is created automatically once the previous one is completed.

Field data in the CRM, not in a drawer
A dashboard with team utilisation, jobs by status and upcoming deadlines. Time reports per technician, activity and job to XLSX or PDF. An equipment register with serial numbers, warranty periods and QR labels. Preventive maintenance that reminds itself — the dispatcher, the customer and Raynet.

Field and office in one loop
Alunova is not another system next to your CRM. The deal in Raynet is the source of truth and Alunova writes everything that happens in the field back into it:
Technicians do not need a Raynet licence. They work in Alunova; Raynet operators are included in every plan.
Requirement: Raynet Professional or higher with API access.

Accounting, stock, quotes
Service does not end with the report
Job data travels on through Raynet — into the accounting or ERP system, into stock, into quotes. ALUnico runs the connectors on its own integration platform, so they are not rebuilt with every project.
ERP, accounting, e-shop · Delivered
The ALUnico integration platform: connectors between Raynet and ERP or accounting, e-shop, documents and a PDF generator. Standalone projects that run alongside the apps — never rebuilt for each deployment. ALUnico ecosystem →
We connect the accounting system as part of onboarding — typically 2–4 person-days depending on the system.

Alunova is not alone

FAQ
What you ask before onboarding
Do technicians need a Raynet licence?
No. Technicians work in Alunova. The Raynet operators through which technicians sign in are included in all plans.
Which Raynet edition do we need?
Raynet Professional or higher with API access.
Does the app work without signal?
No, Alunova needs an internet connection. Installation to the phone home screen is coming; offline work is not part of the product yet.
How long does onboarding take?
From confirming the quote to a pilot with selected technicians: 2–3 weeks. Rolling out to all technicians depends on team size.
What does onboarding include?
Process mapping, configuration of job types and stages, the Raynet connection, report and e-mail templates, user accounts and training.
How is the licence billed?
Monthly, by the actual number of active users. Yearly billing lowers the price per user. You can change the number of users during the year.
Where is our data hosted?
In a dedicated instance with its own database on ALUnico infrastructure in the EU. The instance shares no data with other clients.
Can you connect our accounting system?
Yes, through the ALUnico integration platform — Pohoda, Money, ABRA Gen and Flexi, Helios, ESO9, SAP Business One, K2 and others. Scope depends on the system; for Pohoda typically 2–4 person-days.
Do you also offer stock and quotes?
Yes. Skladovka covers stock and materials, the quote configurator covers pricing — both on top of Raynet, both sharing the deal with Alunova.
What language is the application in?
The application interface is currently in Czech. Localisation into other languages is arranged individually.
